DUVONE DARTS currently operates as an individual project, in the process of formal registration (see Legal notice) — not yet a registered company, though that is the intended goal. These terms will be completed and formalized once that registration is complete; in the meantime, they describe how the service actually works today.
Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of a DUVONE DARTS unit, the DUVONE DARTS+ subscription (online play), and paid device transfers.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment for the DUVONE DARTS+ subscription and device transfers is made by card, via our payment provider Stripe.
Right of withdrawal
Under consumer law, for purchases made remotely you have a 14-day withdrawal period: starting from the delivery of the device for its purchase, and from the date you subscribe for the DUVONE DARTS+ subscription (unless the service has already been fully provided with your express agreement before that period ends). To exercise this right, write to contact@duvone.com with your order details.
Termination
The DUVONE DARTS+ subscription can be cancelled at any time from your client area, effective at the end of the period already paid for — no minimum commitment.
